All products sold through Precision Protocol are for
laboratory research and development purposes only and are
not for human consumption. As a result,
we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong item or quantity
- Changing your mind after the order has shipped
- Claims that the product is no longer needed
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives
damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@precision-protocol.com.
- Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the packaging and product in question.
- Our support team will review the information and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Once verified, we may offer a
replacement or
refund,
at our sole discretion.
Important: We cannot process claims submitted after 3 business days or without photographic evidence.
Lost or Seized Packages
Precision Protocol is not responsible for packages lost in transit or seized by customs or regulatory authorities. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal in their jurisdiction and that the shipping address is accurate.
Unauthorized Use
Precision Protocol products are intended strictly for research purposes. Any misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized application of our products automatically voids any eligibility for refunds, replacements, or customer support.
